Wyclef Jean to perform live in India

The international and life style channel, VH1, is influential in bringing Wyclef Jean to India to perform live in front of the Indian fans and his tour is all set to kick off in Bangalore on the 16^th of April. Jean, a member of the very popular and legendary music trio called the Fugees, has released many platinum solo hits like Hips Don’t Lie with Shakira and Maria Maria with Carlos Santana during his music career. Jean is also slated to perform at Pune on the 18^th of April and at Mumbai on the 19^th of April. There has been a huge rush at the ticket counters in the centers where Jean is slated to perform.

Jean said that he was pretty much excited to perform in front of his fans on his first tour of India and expects that his fans come in large numbers to see him perform. This is the second year that VH1 is hosting the Handpicked concert in India and had to carry out a lot of discussions with jean to convince him to come to India to perform.
