George Strait, who makes his performances lively by being closer to the audience wanted to shift his performance on March 29th from the outdoor venue to indoors. The show was scheduled to be held at Home Depot Center in Carson and now the show will take place in the Honda Center in Anaheim. The starting time of the concert at the new venue will be 8 p.m. People who had purchased the tickets for the concert through phone or by internet will be notified about the change of venue individually. They will be given a chance to get “comparable” seating positions in the new location.

Ticket bearers who got their tickets directly from the ticket outlets can get it exchanged at the respective outlets from March 12th. Strait has included one more venue in Oakland on March 28th to his current tour. He had to postpone some of his shows in January to April, as he was suffering from laryngitis. The latest album released by Strait is “22 more hits”. It is a collection of 22 songs which were good, but failed to get recognition in the countdown charts. Strait got three nominations in the Academy of Country music and one among them was Entertainer of the year.
